Argh! tough training today man. At first we had hatam bolah, than we had 200 medicine ball throws i think. It was hardcore, its the first time i piaed during training. Because i was doing with coach -.- cant slack. Than it was 8x150m WTF? just a sudden notice.

My knee is hurting again. After piaing training, seriously my knee suddenly very pain. what am i supposed to do. ZZZZ! but at least i felt proud of myself, first time i was so hardworking in training, seriously:)

Argh 2 more days before friday.:) Come on, time pass faster QUICK! my knee's hurting once again.
Not sure why, this week, have so much homework. I mean its like they throw everything onto us w/o us letting us recharge our batteries. Than so many things have to be passed up in term 4 week 1. Wtf? i thought holidays are supposed to let us rest and recover? Teachers always say" you guys will rot if u dont do some homework." i agree totally, definitely i'll do work, but the holidays its not like 2 mths or what its just 1 bloody week, 7 days.

Maybe tomorrow i blog about my another senior named yichye, than benjamin!

Oh ya forgot something to add, the convo between me and coach short convo though, but funny.

ryan: i started laughing when someone zhao xiaed:)
Coach: Cant you keep quiet
ryan: continued laughing saying okay:)
Coach: oh shut up!
ryan: Continued laughing cant stop:)
Coach: Stood up point at me and said " run 2.4km"
ryan: i was shocked, laughing face 1 second later change to OMFG.
Coach: kidding;)


To me she's still the best no matter what, so stop blabbering nonsense. No matter what i'll continue to like her. I'm just hoping everything goes well for her even though i not sure hows she doing now. But seriously i'm confused still, reasons?
